Binance announced that it will support the Stacks (STX) network upgrade and hard fork to improve user experience and ensure seamless network updates.
Binance to Support Stacks (STX) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork
According to the official statement, the exchange will temporarily suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the Stacks network starting at 18:00 on November 11.
The network upgrade and hard fork will occur when block height 923,222 is reached, approximately 7:00 PM on November 11, 2025. Only transfers will be affected during this period, while trading of Stacks (STX) and related tokens in the spot and futures markets will continue normally.
Binance stated that its own team will manage all technical requirements during the upgrade process without requiring users to take any technical action.
Once the upgrade is complete and the network is confirmed to be stable, token deposits and withdrawals will automatically reopen. The exchange stated that no further announcements will be made after the network is reactivated.
This update is expected to improve the performance, security, and transaction efficiency of the Stacks network. Binance emphasized that users' funds are safe and will not be affected throughout the process.
