Seeing Succinct's evolution over the past six months, the progress of ZooKeeper (ZK) technology has been rapid. This is a significant improvement over May of this year, when it proved 93% of blocks in 12 seconds. This optimization includes improvements to the arithmetic layer, GPU provers, executor speed, and cluster orchestration, representing a comprehensive and in-depth optimization. Meanwhile, capital expenditure can be kept below $100,000. This means that individuals or small studios have the opportunity to run proof nodes. Not only Succinct, but other ZK players are also pushing forward, ultimately bringing higher TPS to Ethereum while maintaining decentralization (achieving 10,000 TPS on Ethereum L1 through ZK proof technology, etc.). It can be said that ZK technology is one of the most important pieces of the Ethereum roadmap.
