DeBot: 255,000 USDT was stolen from previously flagged risky wallet users; full compensation will be provided.

According to Foresight News , Yu Xian, founder of SlowMist, stated that the private keys of users of wallets previously flagged as risky by DeBot were stolen, with the hackers currently profiting $255,000. DeBot added that after detecting traces of a security attack on its Japanese data center on December 9, 2025, DeBot activated its risk control mechanism, urgently migrating user funds to completely isolated secure wallets and continuously reminding users to switch to and use the new wallet. As of now, confirmed losses stem from some users transferring funds back to old wallet addresses deemed insecure. Preliminary statistics indicate that the affected amount is approximately 255,000 USDT, and the overall risk and loss are within a controllable range. DeBot will register the list of affected users and provide 100% full compensation to all affected users in order of priority. This incident only affects wallet addresses imported or generated before December 10, 2025. Addresses imported or generated after December 10 are all secure wallets and have not been affected; everything is operating normally.
