not sure who needs to hear this, but bear markets are literally the best time to build and attract beastly, long-term devs into your ecosystem if you are down about things, you aren't built for this. if you think this is just stupid bear-posting, consider this: - audiences are cheaper to acquire (CPMs go down, podcast inventory becomes negotiable, agency retainers come back down to earth) - @ElectricCapital dev report shows that devs rush in in bulls, but stay and build in bears. whatever devs are here, work hard to get them building in your eco and hang on to them - events become higher signal, bad side events fall away. look around you. the ppl you see are committed and those are the ppl you want.
