According to TechFlow TechFlow, on February 5th, CoinGlass data showed that the total liquidation amount in the cryptocurrency market reached $1.18 billion in the past 24 hours, of which $1.007 billion was long positions and $173 million was short positions.
BTC liquidations totaled $534 million ($534 million in long positions and $65.3723 million in short positions), while ETH liquidations totaled $198 million ($198 million in long positions and $69.8252 million in short positions). A total of 255,169 people were liquidated in the past 24 hours, with the largest single liquidation occurring on the Aster BTCUSDT trading pair, valued at $11.3666 million.
