There really aren't any positive factors in sight right now. The essence of buy the dips is still the belief that the price will rebound after falling too much, and the belief in the bull-bear cycle. However, the positive factors for BTC have basically been exhausted, and it's really hard to know what will drive the next bull market. It's too early to say that the hype surrounding production cuts will lead to a price surge.
