I can't help but vent. These are all explanations for the bureaucrats' thinking. Can anyone explain some simple logic to them? You're really naive. You only know that in the new Cold War, to put on a good show of winning, you can't do without AI, but you don't know that AI agents and robots can't use bank accounts; to make payments and exchanges, they can only use crypto. By the time the US figures it out, and you're lamenting, it'll be too late.
