Blockchain - from national strategy to university lecture halls.
Blockchain is gradually being identified as one of the foundational technologies for digital transformation in Vietnam, alongside artificial intelligence and big data. However, according to many experts, the biggest challenge today lies not in the technology itself, but in human resources – the factor that determines the ability to deploy and apply blockchain in practice.
Against this backdrop, the launch of the "Blockchain Technology Application Handbook," organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association (HBA) in collaboration with MEXC Ventures, attracted significant attention from academia, the technology community, and businesses. The event not only introduced a specialized publication but also reflected the trend of bringing blockchain technology from a national strategic direction closer to university classrooms and the younger generation.
Blockchain and the human resources challenge
According to regional reports, the demand for blockchain talent in the Asia-Pacific region is expected to continue increasing in the coming years, not only in technical roles but also in operations, finance, marketing, and community development. In Vietnam, despite having the advantage of a young population and rapid access to technology, the lack of standardized documentation and clear career guidance remains a major barrier for newcomers.
Speakers at the launch event argued that without early investment in education and knowledge dissemination, blockchain risks unsustainable development, as the gap between the technology and its practical application widens.

Blockchain Handbook - A Bridge to Knowledge
The Blockchain Technology Application Handbook is designed to disseminate fundamental knowledge, focusing on practical applications rather than pure theory. The content is compiled in a way that is easily accessible to students, young people, and individuals without a background in information technology, thereby helping readers understand blockchain, its application models, and career opportunities within the ecosystem.
The launch of this handbook, amidst the growing focus on blockchain as a strategic technology, highlights the increasing importance of education in the development of this field.
MEXC partners with the blockchain education ecosystem.
As a strategic partner of the Ho Chi Minh City Blockchain Association, MEXC – through MEXC Ventures in Vietnam – states that the company pursues a long-term partnership with the community and the digital asset ecosystem. Instead of focusing on products, MEXC Ventures chooses to invest in knowledge, education, and human resources as a foundation for sustainable development.
Earlier in 2025, MEXC participated in and sponsored numerous academic and community activities such as Fulbright STEM Club's Trivia Night, the Data Science Talent Search Competition, Blockchain & AI Week - Super Vietnam, Solana Summit 2025, GM Vietnam, and Da Nang Finance & Technology Week. At the end of the year, MEXC signed a memorandum of Mnemonics with VBI Academy and GFI Research to implement the "Digital Asset Popularization" program.
