My biggest takeaway from recently working on AI trading and Vibe Coding is that the value of tool-based products is decreasing because anyone can easily create a similar product using AI. I even think that large, vertically-oriented models based on general, large models are becoming increasingly useless, let alone so-called vertical agents. Many companies painstakingly develop products, only to have a super-individual open-source and create an even better product. While this might be considered standing on the shoulders of giants, the person who open-sourced it is simply doing it for fun. (Don't ask me why; I myself have created a bunch of open-source clones of projects valued at hundreds of millions, just unreleased.) In fact, I believe there are a lot of people with this ability—definitely among hundreds of millions of people. When I'm trying to develop many skills, I find that others have already done them, some of which I think are quite brilliant, since it seems like no one around me has done them. But upon closer inspection, I realize I'm just a novice. Personally, I don't think this is a good thing. I believe the end result for OPCs will not only be that most OPCs will be unable to profit, but it may also wipe out a bunch of small and medium-sized startups, because as soon as you create a prototype, a bunch of OPCs will start competing with you. In a sense, the rise of AI may actually be the ending that AI wants, not the ending that humanity wants.

Nowadays, the most valuable thing is creativity that cannot be replicated.
