Ready Player One aims to distribute $50 million worth of token rewards to outstanding protocols and teams deployed to the Bitlayer mainnet, helping them gain industry exposure, funding, and accelerate community and business growth.
The developer airdrop event Ready Player One is divided into 4 phases:
Registration period: March 29th - April 29th
Project parties complete registration and join the Bitlayer builder community.
Preparation period: April 23-May 10

Competition phase: Expected time: May 11th - July 11th
Project parties participate in the ranking competition and accelerator program to win developer airdrop rewards and Grants.
Reward confirmation and distribution phase: starting from May 11
Depending on the competition situation, we will count the points and distribute rewards after the competition.
For community members, you can earn Ready Player One points and have a chance to win the Bitlayer Lucky Helmet by following the Bitlayer official Twitter account, participating in the vote every day, and inviting new users to vote between April 23 and May 10.

For the project owner, the popularity accumulated during this stage will be converted into points (Bitlayer Dapp Points) during the competition phase and corresponding rewards will be obtained.
The Bitlayer Ready Player One airdrop rewards will be distributed through the leaderboard competition and accelerator program.
Based on the principles of fairness, openness and transparency, we will set up rankings for all successfully registered projects, and calculate and update points (Bitlayer Dapp Points) daily based on indicators such as TVL, transaction volume, number of transactions, product strength, number of effective users, retention rate, activity, popularity, etc.
The more points a project accumulates, the higher its ranking will be. We will distribute rewards after the competition ends.
In order to help crypto entrepreneurs more targetedly, we will launch the Bitlayer Accelerator Program at the same time as the list competition. The program is open to all participants of the developer airdrop event. Successful registration will automatically enter the accelerator program candidate list without the need to apply again.
In order to achieve greater transparency and fairness in the selection process, we plan to set up a jury consisting of institutions such as the Bitlayer Foundation and ABCDE Capital. The jury will carefully evaluate and vote based on project categories, team backgrounds, and communities from a professional perspective.
We plan to select projects monthly, and the projects with the highest number of votes will receive a token airdrop reward of up to $3 million. All rewards will be distributed after they are fully allocated.
The specific operation process of the accelerator is as follows:
- Preliminary selection: Successfully submitting the application form will automatically enter the audition project pool, and potential projects will be invited to participate in the interview;
- Second round of interviews: Projects that pass the initial screening will have the opportunity to present their work. Each project will have 10-15 minutes to present their work, and the jury will vote based on their actual performance.
- Announcement of winning team: The team will announce the information of the team with the most votes and distribute the rewards.
