The Ministry of the Interior sent a letter to representatives of the founders of XREX on March 25, approving the formation of the "Virtual Currency Business Association of the Republic of China" in accordance with the law. On the 26th, the first preparatory meeting was held, 11 preparatory committee members were elected, and the association's preparatory committee was formally formed.

In the founders' meeting, 36 founders voted to elect 11 preparatory committee members, formally forming the association's preparatory committee.

XREX co-founder serves as "Chairman"
The 11 preparatory committee members will elect a chairman. After voting, Xiao Huizong (XREX) will serve as the chairman of the preparatory committee.
The preparatory meeting agreed that starting from the week of May 7, regular preparatory office meetings will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at Li Ci International Technology Law Firm .
The preparatory meeting is expected to issue a membership solicitation announcement on May 9, and plans to hold the second preparatory meeting on May 17.
The first term of directors and supervisors may be announced in June
The goal of the preparatory meeting is to complete the preparatory stage and hold the first general meeting of members in mid-to-late June, and elect the first directors and supervisors.
