The realized market capitalization has been steadily increasing every day. The realized market capitalization can measure the total capital inflow into the BTC market. The calculation method is to add up the value of all BTC at the price they last moved on-chain. Historically, the market capitalization often exceeds the realized market capitalization during a bull market, reaching a peak as retail investors join in. In a bear market, the market capitalization typically falls below the realized market capitalization."
