Bitwise has filed a registration document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its Uniswap spot ETF S-1 registration.

According to TechFlow, on February 6th, Bitwise submitted its Uniswap spot ETF S-1 registration statement to the US SEC. The product is managed by Bitwise Investment Advisers, with Coinbase Custody as the custodian, and currently does not participate in staking.
