I try to use a word for what listeners already love. If they collect baseball cards, I say “collectible.” If they buy art, I say “art” or “digital art”. I reserve “NFT” for OnChain traders and OG crypto. My goal is to make it familiar and desirable rather than foreign or risky.

We should stop using the word NFT
Every time we use it people start to discredit whatever we are talking about
The negative stigma around them still exists especially on other social media platforms
Digital collectibles is a better word it’s inclusive to everything onchain
