And on that, Talarico doesn't yet have that charisma, that tight vision stump speech and that passionate energy to turn out those low propensity Dem voters.
It's actually one of the things that Crockett has over Talarico right now, she can bring that fire - the problem is, in a swing state, that doesn't just turn out your voters, it turns out the votes against you too.
And Republicans are *really* good at turning out the "vote against you vote"
