Content marketing is dying. GTM engineering is rising. Growth marketing has the biggest advantage in this shift: I’m in marketing since 2020. Before that I coded a bit, enough to understand automations & tools. But what always pulled me was research, writing, visuals, taking, distilling complex ideas into something simple. Content marketing felt perfect for that. Growth marketing was already booming. I even took a course by @VaibhavSisinty. Still, I chose content because creativity attracted me more than tools. But today, almost every good writer & creator use LLMs. Claude, GPT & others. The magic boxes can scan hundreds of sources & generate structured drafts in secs. With good prompting, they can even write close to one’s style. So the role of a “pure content marketer” is shrinking. What’s replacing it is growth marketing evolving into GTM engineering. A GTM engineer simply orchestrates AI tools & workflows to run research, content & distribution at scale. Growth marketers were always close to this world: > They experiment with tools > Automate workflows > Obsess over growth, distribution & revenue > Creating systems which will produce content One person can now do the work of an entire marketing team. Growth marketers sit at the intersection of tech, marketing & sales …and that hybrid skillset fits perfectly into this new world. If you want to be within Top 1% Marketing professional, pivot to Growth Marketing now.

Twitter DMs are now functionally broken - Cold DMs now default to Requests - Busy people check Requests maybe once a week - The inbox count is a lie (shows unread, not seen) I used to find collaborators, make friends & close deals through cold DMs. Now? My open rate is basically zero. The old Twitter had one superpower no other platform had: Anyone could reach anyone. That's gone. Tell me if I'm wrong :)

Marketing is dead, GTM Engineering is the way out I’ve worked in tech, SaaS and crypto marketing for 5+ years. What’s happening now with LLMs and Claude is both scary and exciting. The old playbook is breaking: > Teams are shrinking > Agencies are struggling > Roles that felt essential a year ago are getting automated But marketing is not going away. It’s evolving into GTM engineering. Imagine this: > One GTM engineer > A chief of staff agent > Under that, specialized agents for research, design, content, distribution You talk to the chief of staff. It coordinates the rest. What 15 to 20 people did last year can now be done by one sharp operator who knows how to deploy agents well. Short term, this is disruptive. Long term, this is powerful. I’m figuring out from scratch. Trying to understand this new stack. Day zero.

Anthrophic raised at $380B valuation (valued ~3x Uber) My analysis: a) If you believe Anthrophic’s ARR will grow 3x in FY-27, the current valuation stands strong. But remember current ARR is already $14B+, competition will intensify & burn will rise to manage demand & improvise models. b) If you look at other AI firms, Anthropic’s valuation looks justified. But current numbers are high because of circular capital injection (amzn/msft invests on anthropic, anthropic uses their infra, amzn/msft integrate anthropic models) Know more 👇 twitter.com/satyaki44/status/2...

the 9-5 is a trap. time bound work is good for factory-style labour intensive work. but for knowledge work, you've to be flexible. almost in all tech jobs, especially with now AI: creativity & quality of o/p >>>> grunt & duration of work to unleash this in full-capacity you've to find your "own sweet spot" for maxx productivity. in our org @sevennco: - someone works b/w 11 pm - 5 am IST - someone works in short sprints throughout the day - some takes a power nap in middle of the day - i prefer early morning for maxx productivity, middle of the day for meetings, late evenings for running if you're a remote worker & want to 10x your o/p this is the article - great write-up @Bouazizalex! twitter.com/satyaki44/status/2...
