Elon Musk, 53, became the world's richest person for the fourth time in five years with a wealth of 30.7 trillion yuan, a growth of 82%, mainly due to Tesla's stock surge after Trump's election. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ranks second with 19.4 trillion yuan, and Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg ranks third for the first time with 17.7 trillion yuan.
Binance founder CZ's wealth grew to 160 billion yuan, still the richest in the cryptocurrency field. Coinbase's Brian Armstrong's wealth increased by 72% to 80 billion yuan. Bitcoin holders also saw significant wealth growth, with Michael Saylor of Strategy seeing nearly a threefold increase to 65 billion yuan, and the Winklevoss twins of Gemini exchange nearly doubling to 28 billion yuan. On average, wealth in the cryptocurrency field grew by 80% year-on-year.
The AI field performed brilliantly, with DeepSeek founder Liang Wenfeng from Hangzhou and OpenAI founder Sam Altman making their first appearances on the Hurun Global Rich List with 33 billion and 13 billion yuan respectively. Additionally, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's wealth nearly doubled to 935 billion yuan, ranking 11th.
Notably, Donald Trump became the richest US president in history, with his wealth almost doubling to 52.5 billion yuan, entering the top 500 of the Hurun Global Rich List, mainly due to his 53% stake in Truth Social.
