The last wave of interest rate cuts began in August 2019. Most of the established DeFi and infrastructure blue chips we're familiar with today began setting up businesses and raising funds in the US around that time, and achieved market discovery in 2020 and 2021. This wave of interest rate cuts is about to begin in September 2025, and many of my peers have recently begun flocking to the US to start businesses and raise funds. We anticipate that we will soon see the emergence of several blue chips with returns exceeding 100 times their value.
